Our friends here at Teenspiration know that some of you are preparing to go off to college soon, and that you might be a little nervous about it.  So they asked us to guest post this entry for you!

College is supposed to bring out the best in us, so why is it that most college freshmen end up afflicted by the dreaded Freshman Fifteen?  Never heard of it?  The Freshman Fifteen is the fifteen lbs that the average college freshman gains during their first year at school.

You've all seen them before.  People who left high school looking lovely and svelte and come back looking lumpy and swelled the next summer.

1- Get Motivated

Self-motivation is NOT EASY.  We all have the best intentions, but it is human nature to lose motivation over time.  If self-motivation were easy we'd all be budding millionaires on the dean's list.

College Preparations: Decorate Your Dorm

Hey gang!  The folks here at Teenspirational thought that some of you might be headed off to College or University in a few months and might be looking for some help with your preparations.  So they asked us from Stuff For College to do a little guest post for them.  We hope you like it!

  • One for each class (with lecture times, lab times, due dates, exam dates and prof hours/contact info)
  • One for fitness & gym reminders
  • One for to do list & shopping list
  • One for important dates (birthdays, spring break, exam time, christmas holidays
  • One blank so people can leave you messages.
